To better meet the travel demands of Vietnamese tourists, Heykoubei Railway Station communicated in advance with travel agencies, customs and border inspection authorities to predict passenger flow and submit capacity requirements. The station responded by adding extra trains and running double-sets of high-speed trains to accommodate the travel demand of Vietnamese tourists.
Given that many Vietnamese travelers are elderly, Heykoubei Railway Station also enhanced differentiated and senior-friendly services. They optimized the station's layout and arranged for early ticketing and smooth boarding, ensuring safe and orderly travel for group passengers. In January, the station sent 4,353 Vietnamese passengers, marking a 379.93% increase compared to the same period last year.
